Job Description
- Develop and execute market research and strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
- Analyze complex business and market data to provide insights that support senior-level decision-making
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end from planning through delivery
- Oversee new product development from ideation and feasibility to commercial launch and performance review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Economics or Finance
- 3+ years' experience in a corporate strategy role
- Fluent in Mandarin both oral & written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans
- Experience in prominent start-up companies and/or investment banking is a plus
- Technical and financial background is advantageous but not required
- Strong project management skills
