Job Description
- Maintain a good cooperative relationship with shareholders, investors, stakeholders, & other related division
- Maintaining communication & reporting all reports regarding Bank and Public Companies to OJK, Capital Market, & IDX
- Manage and organize Corporate Action related to capital market and corporate disclosure
- Preparing & Monitoring general meetings for shareholders (AGMS/EGMS) and public expose
- Update to OJK & IDX regulation for public company
Requirements
- At least 9 years of working experience in the related field
- Bachelor's degree, preferably background in law
- Have a strong understanding in the capital market
- Excellence in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Familiar with SPE OJK, IDXnet, SPRINT OJK, eASY, KSEI, AKSES KSEI and LPS e-reporting
