Job Description
- Create and set up the pipeline target
- Monitoring budget and cost production
- Make sure the target achievement; doing sales, presentation, proposal/quotation, negotiation, and maintaining up and cross-selling
- Reporting
Requirements
- Has experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Broker Relations / Bancansurrance business.
- Preferably from Insurance, Pharmacy, Travel, and Hospitality Industry;
- Having a minimum 2 years experience in related field;
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good sales achievement records
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
