TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.
Now, we are looking for Corporate Planning & Improvement Specialist to grow with us by :
- Lead Improvement Initiatives: Manage and promote a culture of continuous improvement, training, and campaigns within the TRIVE Group.
- Oversee Strategic Management: Handle the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle at the corporate level to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Standardize Processes: Act as a business partner to standardize and improve processes, including but not limited to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies, across the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in Management/ Business/Industrial Engineering from reputable university with min GPA: 3.00/4.00.
- Minimum 3 years experience in project/improvement management
- Good understanding of business and problem solving tools
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Great project management and improvement skill
- Familiar with PDCA and improvement tools (8 steps)
