Job Description
- Handling legal matters involving both criminal and civil law
- Representing the Bank in legal proceedings before District Courts, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency, and other dispute resolution bodies
- Providing assistance to all units and departments in handling criminal law matters
- Preparing necessary documentation for handling civil law matters
- Providing legal opinions to units and departments regarding criminal law, civil law, and debt restructuring/bankruptcy (PKPU/Bankruptcy) matters
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the same field, specifically in banking
- Experience in banking litigation
- Advocate certification
- Proficiency in English
