Job Description
- Preparing financial statement and operational data analysis, benchmarking and presentation for internal and external purposes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance and to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct valuation exercises to determine the value of the company or its assets.
- Assist and coordinate in the M&A and divestitures by conducting due diligence, preparing valuation reports, and necessary reports for decision making purpose
- Conduct macroeconmic trend research, market research and industry analysis
- Assist in the development of budgeting processes, and long-term financial projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field;
- Minimal 2 years of experience in similar position;
- Financial Statement Analysis; Good understanding in capital markets technicals, regulations and compliance; Well-versed in MS Office, Excel, and Power Points;
- Good relationship with capital market players (Investment Banks, Asset Managements, Funds, etc.);
- Experience in preparing and organizing investors events (inc. roadshows);
- Experience in preparing, distributing and maintaining information package to investors;
- Experience in tech-related industry is an advantage;
- Attention to detail, good communication and presentation skill, strong analytical, fast learner, works well under pressure
