Job Description
- Participate in the presales activity including follow up opportunities, proposal development, presentation, demo and POC (Proof of Concept) to support the selling activities from technical aspect and to achieve company target.
- Manage project implementation by setting-up team, procedure, workflow and project controlling to ensure the solution has been implemented as stated on proposal.
- Manage the implementation the based products to provide excellent IT solution to fill the customers’ requirements and needs as per Service Level Agreement.
- Participate in identifying business opportunities to provide suggestion of improvement product Bank Vision to superiors based on analysis of customer needs and market needs.
- Review the result gap analysis from BA to identify the gap between existing application and expected application to give best recommendation that will be filled the customer needs and ensure the functional specification design comply with bank regulation.
- Monitor the development of additional customization of the based products to ensure process development comply with SOP, bank regulation and also meet the service level agreement.
- Manage relationship with customer to enhance long term relationship both for sales funnel and strategic opportunities.
- Manage the human resources within the unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, and employee morale to develop team Implementation.
- Participate in develop policy & procedures in team Implementation and give recommendation to increase efficiency of the procedures in a team of Implementation.
- Manage daily operation costs in unit Implementation to conform with budgetary requirements.
- Participate in composing Core Banking product catalogue and conducting product update at appointed/ assigned Bank.
- Participate in Core Banking training/ sharing session
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant education.
- Minimum 4 (four) years of working experience in the same position.
- Preferable having experiences in Core Banking Solution.
- Minimum 2 (four) years of working experience in managerial level.
- Have knowledge Java and RPG programming
- Have basic banking knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skill
