Job Description
As a Copywriter focusing on social media trends, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, concise, and informative content that presents current social media trends and news in a way that is easily understood by the target audience. You will deliver daily updates via platforms like WhatsApp and Discord, ensuring that the information is communicated clearly and compellingly. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, you will ensure the content aligns with the brand's tone, strategy, and voice, while adapting to fast-changing trends in the social media landscape.
✅ Write engaging, concise, and informative copy that presents social media trends and industry news in a way that resonates with target audiences.
✅ Tailor content specifically for platforms like WhatsApp, Discord, and other messaging platforms, ensuring it is engaging, easy to understand, and aligns with brand tone
✅ Craft compelling email marketing content and social media copy
✅ Apply AIDA, PAS, and storytelling strategies to maximize conversions
✅ Convert research findings into digestible, engaging updates for distribution, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
✅ Modify content based on real-time trend changes to keep updates fresh and aligned with audience interests.
✅ Conduct thorough market research and analyze audience psychology to optimize messaging
✅ Work closely with the creative, business, and social media teams to align content with the brand's voice and communication
✅ Test and optimize copy based on performance metrics (A/B testing, CTR, etc.)
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in copywriting
✅ Edit and proofread copy for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publication
Requirements
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or related role, particularly for digital products or online courses
🔹 Strong understanding of writing copy that effectively increases conversion rates
🔹 Ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results
🔹 Skilled in adapting tone of voice to align with the brand’s personality and trends
🔹 Portfolio or writing samples required (MUST be submitted)
🔹 Creative thinking skills to craft fresh and engaging content
🔹 Basic SEO knowledge to optimize content for search engines
🔹 Excellent attention to detail for error-free, polished copy
🔹 Experience with analytics tools to assess and improve content performance
🔹 Collaborative mindset to work with other teams
🔹 Excellent understanding of the tone, style, and voice required for different social media platforms, ensuring that content is always appropriate for the audience.
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality work.
🔹 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
