Job Description
Assist the C-level with strategic and day-to-day operations including (but not limited to):
- Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on the most important issues for the company including product/feature expansion, user feedback, new business expansion, competitive analysis, regulatory landscape, etc.
- Implement organization development initiatives including creating and monitoring performance metrics for each division, setting up company policies, building company culture, etc.
- Anything really that will help the company grow!
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree majoring in engineering, business, finance, or related fields
- Entrepreneurial and high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or corporate strategy in fintech/consumertech
- Fluent in English
