Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our Marketing team on a part-time basis. As a CRO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce platforms. Working closely with the Digital Media Manager and Paid Media Specialist, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that increase our website’s conversion rates, ultimately boosting sales and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and other optimization tests with a clear framework for analysis and learning.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager and Paid Media Specialist to align CRO strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement in real-time.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on test results and ongoing data analysis.
  • Ensure that all CRO strategies adhere to industry best practices and maintain brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports of CRO efforts and outcomes, presenting key findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRO and e-commerce to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, specifically within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.
  • Experience in A/B testing, user journey analysis, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketing and advertising teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRO and digital marketing.
