Job Description
- Follow up and communicate with vendors (via phone and email) regarding the contract routing process
- Review contracts before submission
- Update contract progress tracking in Excel
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal parties via email
Requirements
- Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND (preferably with administration-background)
- Experience with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel is a MUST
- Good communication skills, proactive, and must have strong attention to detail.
- Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
- Available to fully work from office (Sinar Mas Land Plaza Sudirman, South Jakarta).
- Available to join ASAP
