Job Description
- Produce short and long-form written content for various digital and social media platforms. Content includes script writing, captions, infographics and social media posts.
- Manage all aspects of written content production, from brainstorming and planning to research, interviews, and writing and editing.
- Collaborate closely with our design and creative director to develop content that aligned with campaigns
- Produce content that is optimized for SEO.
- Create engaging and creative content and ensure all content reflects the company's core values and brand identity
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all content is free of grammatical errors and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze content performance and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Marketing/ Public Relation (fresh graduates or currently pursuing final semester (7 or 8) are welcome to apply)
- Experience of producing social media posts, videos and other digital content.
- Having an experience in digital or creative agency
- Proven ability to source and execute creative stories.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English writing and editing skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with trends and competitors in the editorial space.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-volume workloads that often require short turnaround times
