What you'll contribute on:
- Lead content ideation and strategy to enhance performance and align with company goals.
- Develop and manage a content timeline for consistent, timely delivery across platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team and external partners to ensure strategic alignment.
- Maintain brand consistency in messaging across all channels.
- Ensure content reflects the company’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Uphold content quality, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and error-free messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
What you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content production/social media specialist or related role (incl. project).
- Skilled in editing short-form videos using CapCut, creating engaging and polished content for ads and more.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design and copywriting, with the ability to review and ensure content quality.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Experienced in proofreading, editing, and maintaining content accuracy across platforms.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring error-free and high-quality content.
- Creative and strategic thinker, developing content ideas aligned with company goals.
- Strong communication skills, providing clear feedback and direction.
- Capable of guiding and supporting the content team through ideation and review.
