Job Description
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website).
- Write and edit articles, captions, video scripts, and other formats in the signature Rahasia Gadis tone.
- Conduct research on trending and relevant topics for our target audience (Gen Z and millennial women).
- Collaborate with the design, video, and social media teams to create visually and narratively strong content.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice with Rahasia Gadis’ brand identity.
- Analyze content performance and propose new content ideas based on audience insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer, Content Creator, or similar role in digital media or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in English is a plus).
- Passionate about women’s issues, mental health, lifestyle, and social media.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and the ability to adapt quickly to algorithm/platform changes.
- Creative, self-initiated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
