Job Description
- Develop relevant and creative digital content strategies tailored to each client/brand
- Create content plans and maintain a regular content calendar
- Write and guide content creation across various digital channels
- Collaborate with design and production teams to execute content
- Ensure content aligns with each brand’s character and communication objectives
- Conduct regular research on industry trends and competitors
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for optimization
- Actively participate in brainstorming, pitching, and client presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Specialist or Content Strategist, preferably in a creative agency
- Strong portfolio of digital content across various platforms and campaign types
- Experienced in handling multiple brands with different tones of voice and strategies
- Capable of developing creative content ideas and strategies based on client briefs, market trends, and audience insights
- Skilled in writing compelling copy for various platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and online audience behavior
- Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
