Job Description
As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of engaging content. You will work closely with the editor to bring concepts to life and strengthen the company’s online presence.
- Plan and manage the overall social media content strategy, including scheduling and maintaining a content calendar.
- Develop creative content concepts that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Write engaging and compelling scripts, captions, and other content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the editor to ensure content is well-produced and aligned with the strategy.
- Monitor social media trends, performance metrics, and audience insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in brainstorming campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual style.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather information and align content with broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent writing skills, with experience in scriptwriting and crafting engaging content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize unique content ideas.
- Ability to plan, organize, and maintain a content calendar effectively.
- Proficiency in using content scheduling tools.
- Collaborative spirit with experience working alongside designers, editors, or other creative professionals.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work onsite in Surabaya.
