Job Description
Content Development
- Ideate and conceptualize compelling YouTube program ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create detailed show concepts, outlines, and scripts.
Production Management
- Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production for YouTube programs.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Talent Management
- Identify and work with on-screen talent, hosts, and influencers to enhance program appeal.
- Facilitate casting, rehearsals, and performance coaching when necessary.
Video Optimization
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes and best practices to maximize video performance.
- Implement SEO strategies, metadata optimization, and thumbnail design to increase visibility.
Audience Engagement
- Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, engaging with viewers, and soliciting feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote YouTube programs across various social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze YouTube analytics and viewer data to track program performance.
- Develop strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a television producer, with a focus on entertainment, reality, or lifestyle programming.
- Proven track record of successful YouTube program production with a substantial subscriber base.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's content guidelines, monetization policies, and copyright issues.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
