We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team and play a key role in shaping Bumame’s brand communication through strong storytelling, consistent tone of voice, and high-quality content execution.

Position Overview:
The Content Marketing Specialist will act as a core pillar of Bumame’s brand communication, responsible for defining, maintaining, and executing the brand’s tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints.
This role ensures that every piece of communication reflects Bumame’s elevated, credible, and approachable preventive healthcare positioning. The Content Marketing Specialist works closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and Activation teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact in all brand communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key guardian of Bumame’s brand communication style, tone of voice, and messaging principles.
- Play an active role in developing and refining Bumame’s brand and tone of voice guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy across all touchpoints, including digital, offline, and campaign materials.
- Create high-quality copywriting for all marketing-related needs, including: Social media captions, Campaign and key visual (KV) headlines, Website and landing page copy, Sales and clinic communication materials (e.g. posters, brochures)
- Ensure storytelling, pacing, and language are clear, engaging, and aligned with Bumame’s brand positioning.
- Translate complex healthcare information into simple, relatable, and trustworthy content.
- Collaborate closely with designers and social media teams to align copy with visuals and formats.
- Draw inspiration from best-in-class lifestyle, media, and brand communication examples while maintaining strong medical credibility.
- Stay updated on health-related topics, lifestyle trends, and relevant news to keep Bumame’s content timely and culturally relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand communication.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a clear understanding of brand tone and voice.
- Proven experience writing for multiple formats and touchpoints.
- Ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of content.
- Strong attention to detail and high editorial standards.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or education-driven brands is a plus.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in fast-moving environments.
- High sense of ownership, proactive, and self-driven.
