Job Description
1. Edit and deliver high-quality video content (short video) for Shopee and TikTok aligned with standards.
2. Ensure consistent, on-time content editing to support engagement and conversion growth.
3. Maintain strict quality control on visuals, audio, pacing, and storytelling.
4. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
5. Monitor trends and performance insights to provide editing improvements and creative recommendations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or final-year student in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or related fields.
2. Basic understanding of video editing for short video (TikTok, Shopee Video).
3. Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
4. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with strong quality control in editing output.
5. Strong communication skills, responsive in coordination, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
