Job Description
Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok content aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.Develop creative content ideas based on current TikTok trends, challenges, and audience preferences.Write scripts, storyboard concepts, and execute content production from start to finish.Record and edit high-quality short-form videos using professional editing tools.Collaborate with the Marketing, KOL, and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future content strategies.Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, platform features, and algorithm changes.Participate in content shoots as a presenter or talent when required.Ensure all published content reflects the company's brand identity and communication standards.Maintain a consistent content calendar and deliver projects within deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or a similar role.Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Creative storytelling skills with the ability to produce viral and engaging content.
Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, energetic, and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry is an advantage.
