Job Description

  • Create and edit visual and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
  • Write captions and copy that are engaging and aligned with the brand voice.
  • Schedule and publish content on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions from followers on social media.
  • Conduct research on the latest social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
  • Manage internal talent from SIRCLO’s internal employees.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to generate new ideas.
  • Manage timelines and production schedules for content.
  • Ensure all content is produced on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong writing skills and creativity.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva).
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut is mandatory; other video editing apps are a plus).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and the latest trends.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work hybrid from BSD, Tangerang.
  • Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship
