Job Description
Content Planning & Strategy:
- Create a content plan for the CEO’s personal branding on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure the content aligns with the company’s values and goals.
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging videos (priority) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Edit videos to make them visually appealing and on-brand.
- Create and edit photos for posts and stories on social media.
- Write captions that reflect the CEO’s tone and the company’s voice.
Engagement:
- Interact with followers through comments and messages.
- Respond to questions and feedback in line with the CEO’s personality and company image.
Campaigns & Partnerships:
- Plan and run campaigns to boost the CEO’s brand.
- Work with influencers or media to increase visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track the performance of social media content.
- Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong video editing skills and experience in photo editing.
- Proficient in editing tools like Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms, especially for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Creative, proactive, and good at communication.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
