Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll join the Marketing Department Team at FIT HUB. Your role is pivotal in crafting engaging content to inspire our audience towards healthier living. Your work directly impacts our brand's online presence and audience engagement. Join us and make a difference at FIT HUB.
What You Will Do:
- Content Planning & Creation - Developing content ideas, creating content calendars, and planning social media campaigns to ensure the consistency and engagement of content, based on the agreed-upon strategy from the Social Media Manager
- Content Production - Execute content ideas including becoming the talent of the content (mostly video shoot) on TikTok and not limited to other channels using phone camera (provided) and various mobile editing tools. Collaborating with the creative team.
- Content Optimization - Tailoring content to suit TikTok platforms and audiences, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement based on insight & learnings
- Provide learning & Insight - Provide learnings/reports from the platform & own channel content to the social media team. To improve overall performance & strategy enhancement on a monthly basis
Requirements
What We Need:
- TikTok & short video expertise - Demonstrated experience in crafting compelling content with notable performance metrics (e.g., FYP engagements on TikTok), supported by a portfolio demonstrating successful TikTok campaigns and content.
- Creativity & Trend Awareness - Capable of creating unique and attention-grabbing ideas suitable for TikTok, while staying informed about the latest trends and cultural developments on the platform.
- Video Production - Skilled in video production and proficient in utilizing mobile editing applications such as CapCut, Inshot, VN, and TikTok's native editing tools and effects, while understanding TikTok's algorithm to reach a wider audience.
- Analytics & Communication - Employing TikTok analytics to enhance performance and possess effective communication skills for collaborative efforts.
