Job Description
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Produce creative photo and video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
- Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand's voice and engage target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute digital campaigns.
- Analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend improvements.
- Cover company events and create behind-the-scenes content when needed.
- Ensure all published content is consistent with brand identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Proficient in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Able to create engaging photo and video content independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
