Job Description

Content Management & Planning.

  1. Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns Anthony’s personal positioning (leadership, culture, values) with corporate employer branding goals.
  2. Skillfully adapt storytelling styles to suit different platforms and audiences—from professional insights on LinkedIn to authentic, high-energy content on TikTok/Reels.
  3. Ensure a unified voice and visual identity across all channels, maintaining the balance between "Personal" and "Corporate" messaging.

End-to-End Content Production

  1. Translate raw ideas, daily activities, and key discussions into engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content.
  2. Handle the full lifecycle of content—from ideation and scripting to basic shooting and post-production editing.
  3. Work closely with Managing Partner to capture spontaneous moments, key events, and leadership insights in real-time.
  4. Collaborate with HR, GA, and leadership to showcase internal initiatives, company culture, and "behind-the-scenes" work life.

Growth & Optimization

  1. Stay ahead of platform updates and storytelling trends to keep the brand relevant and "scroll-stopping.
  2. Monitor analytics to provide actionable insights, suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and positive employer perception.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years experience in content creation, branding, or social media
  2. Strong understanding of personal branding AND employer branding
  3. Able to switch tone: founder-centric ↔ culture-centric
  4. Comfortable interacting with leadership and internal teams
  5. Strong storytelling and short-form video instincts
