Job Description
- Find content ideas based on what the audience cares about and what is trending.
- Do research and turn it into scripts, captions, outlines, or storyboards.
- Create content from start to finish: writing, filming, editing, and preparing for posting on social media platforms.
- Keep the brand's tone and visual style consistent.
- Improve content using basic performance data such as views, retention, click-throughs, and engagement.
- Organize files, drafts, and publishing schedules.
- Work with marketing, design, and other teams to match content with campaigns and updates.
- Run continuous improvement cycles: analyze what works, remove low-impact routines, and adjust content methods to support company growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in content creation.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Able to learn new tools, formats, and workflows quickly.
- Comfortable working with a team across marketing, design, and product.
- Responsible with deadlines, file management, and revision cycles.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Cakung.
- Able to handle end-to-end content tasks without close supervision.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and how to use them.
- Clear communication skills for explaining ideas and decisions.
