About the Role
As a Content & Media Lead at KFI, you will own how Indonesian futsal is seen, consumed, and valued as a media property. You will be responsible for shaping, leading, and executing content and media strategies across competitions under KFI—most notably the Pro Futsal League (PFL)—to stay relevant with younger audiences, creators, and brands.
This role goes beyond social media management. You will work closely with competition, commercial, and community teams to turn futsal competitions into a living, engaging, and monetizable media ecosystem. You will be at the center of storytelling, production, distribution, and commercial integration—balancing creative vision with operational execution.
What You Will Do
Content & Media Strategy
- Own the end-to-end content strategy (daily, weekly, seasonal) across all KFI digital platforms.
- Define and evolve key narratives around the league, clubs, players, and the futsal community.
- Develop content formats that resonate with Gen Z audiences, creators, and brand partners.
- Ensure content direction aligns with league positioning, audience growth, and commercial objectives.
Content Production & Execution
- Lead content planning and execution for pre-match, during-match, and post-match moments.
- Manage internal teams (project managers, editors, shooters, social media) and external production partners.
- Ensure content is delivered on time, consistently, and meets editorial and production quality standards.
- Balance speed and quality in a match-based, deadline-driven environment.
Social Media & Distribution
- Own and manage official KFI platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
- Optimize content distribution to drive audience growth, engagement, and retention.
- Track content performance and refine strategies using data and insights.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and audience behavior shifts.
Creator Programs & Collaboration
- Lead the PFL Creator Program, including briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation of creators/KOLs.
- Act as the bridge between creators, clubs, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Curate and select creator content for potential collaboration with official PFL channels.
- Build a sustainable creator ecosystem around the league.
Content Monetization & Brand Integration
- Partner closely with the Commercial team to develop content with clear commercial value.
- Package PFL content and media IP as sponsorship and partnership assets.
- Oversee brand integrations to ensure they feel natural, authentic, and audience-relevant.
- Protect the balance between editorial integrity and commercial goals.
Internal & External Coordination
- Collaborate with Competition, Community, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Maintain strong communication with clubs, players, media partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting rights, IP ownership, and PFL content policies.

Requirements
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content, digital media, or the creative industry.
- Experience leading content teams or managing media projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, creator culture, and Gen Z trends.
- Genuine interest in sports—especially futsal and football.
- Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with execution.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
