About Mawi Group

Visual & Brand Design
- Maintain visual consistency across all Mawi Group brands according to brand guidelines.
- Develop and refine brand assets such as templates, icons, and key visuals.
- Campaigns & Content
- Create visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations.
- Support storytelling through visual concepts that align with brand tone and narrative.
- Prepare assets for collaborations with KOLs, partners, and other brands.
- Creative Development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and brand direction.
- Develop moodboards and visual concepts for new projects or launches.
- Translate ideas into clear, aesthetically strong design executions.
- Production & Adaptation
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (digital, print, signage, merch).
- Ensure designs are production-ready and meet technical requirements.
- Handle revisions efficiently based on feedback from the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer (portfolio required)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling, with a good taste in design and art
- Strong in marketing visuals and brand collaboration projects
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Able to handle multiple brands while keeping the look and feel consistent
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks without stress
- Into lifestyle, architecture, café culture, fashion, or creative communities is a big plus
