Job Description
- Assist in reviewing and moderating digital content (videos, captions, and other materials)
- Ensure content complies with SOW, briefs, and guidelines from the agency and clients
- Provide basic feedback and notes related to content quality and compliance
- Support content documentation and reporting processes
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding content revisions or improvements
- Maintain consistency and quality standards before content is published
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (communication, media, or digital-related fields are a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
- Basic understanding of digital content and social media platforms
- Able to follow guidelines and instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Willing to work onsite in BSD for a 3-month internship period
