Job Description

- Ensure consumer research procedures and documents are up-to-date and valid.
- Coordinate with the Business Support Department to verify test product completeness.
- Conduct briefings for Recruiters on respondent availability.
- Create and maintain draft documents for consumer research.
- Screen respondent criteria suitability before research begins.
- Inform and obtain consent from respondents for research participation.
- Ensure all respondents have approved participation before project commencement.
- Collect data during consumer research as directed by the Head of Consumer Research.
- Monitor and manage respondent activities throughout research.
- Coordinate with the Head of Consumer Research on handling non-conformities.
- Process collected data and generate final research reports.
- Submit final reports for review and approval by the Head of Consumer Research and Head of SKINPROOF.
- Coordinate with the Quality System Department to publish the Final Report Minutes.
- Coordinate with the Business Support Department to send reports to customers.
Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in various consumer research methodologies.
- Skilled in data analysis and marketing strategies for products and services.
- Familiarity with company operations and Quality Management Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
