Job Description
- Coordinate with key stakeholder to gather any research needs and scopes
- Summarize research needs and prepare the research proposal including the method & approach
- Prepare the research execution such as requesting data segment, recruiting respondent, creating questionnaire / interview guideline, or any preparation related to fieldwork
- Handle the process of research fieldwork execution, including conducting interview session or supporting the main interviewer
- Support the analysis & reporting, including data cleaning & pivoting, or theme analysis
Requirements
- Background in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Sociology, Economics, or related fields
- Has experience in handling end-to-end research projects
- Ability to conduct quantitative research (surveys, questionnaire, pivot analysis) and/or qualitative research (in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography, etc)
- Familiarity with consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape research framework
- Strong ability to synthesize data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Good in verbal or written communication to presenting research results to stakeholders
