Job Description
- Will be responsible to Non-Perfoming Loan, Performing Loan, & Write Off activities
- Strategizing and implementing pre-determined consumer collection approaches
- Carry out the collection function to achieve targets that have been set by management in accordance with applicable regulations
- Understanding the credit portfolio of debtor to define action plan
- Improving the quality of credit collection accompanied by adequate administrative and reporting processes
- Have a sense control of risks, and responsible to report the operational risk exposure data to assigned unit
- Provide a summary report on the implementation and results of credit collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree graduate from any major
- Experienced in handling KTA, Mortgage, & Multi-Purpose area will be preferable
- Familiar coordinating with Notary, Auction Hall, “KJPP”, & “KPKNL” will be advantaged
- Understands BI, OJK, and any other banking-related regulations
- Understands accounting and general banking operations
- Able to operate Microsoft Office applications
