Job Description
- Melaksanaan pekerjaan struktur, finishing dan plumbing di lapangan sesuai gambar kerja dan instruksi kerja yang diberikan Construction Manager dengan memperhatikan persyaratan mutu, biaya dan waktu yang sudah ditetapkan
- Berkoordinasi pekerjaan dengan Mechanical Supervisor dan Electrical Supervisor di lapangan.
- Membuat program kerja mingguan dan mengadakan pengarahan kegiatan harian kepada mandor dan kepala tukang juga vendor dan sub kontraktor
- Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan program kerja, gambar kerja, metode kerja dan juga spesifikasi teknik
- Berkoordinasi dengan QS dalam pengadaan dan pengelolaan material pekerjaan proyek
- Berkoordinasi dengan QSHE dalam menerapkan program keselamatan kerja dan kebersihan di lapangan
- Membuat laporan pekerjaan harian proyek
- Membuat laporan atas permasalahan yang timbul dan mengkoordinasikannya dengan Construction Manager dan tim yang lain.
- Membuat PTW
Requirements
- Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1/D3 teknik sipil.
- Memiliki pengalaman di pekerjaan konstruksi minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan AUTOCAD, Sketchup, dan Ms. Office (atau sejenis).
- Dapat membaca dan memahami gambar konstruksi dan schedule proyek (Kurva-s)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim maupun individu
- Tidak buta warna baik parsial maupun total
- Bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas tinggi
- Memiliki ketertarikan untuk bekerja di lapangan
