Job Description
- Membantu kegiatan administratif departemen Compensation & Benefit.
- Melakukan review dan drafting pada prosedur kerja departemen.
- Membantu project improvement yang dilakukan oleh supervisor.
Requirements
- Sedang menempuh pendidikan S1 (undergraduate semester 5-9).
- Jurusan finance, accounting, atau teknik industri.
- IPK terakhir minimal 3.00/4.00.
- Bersedia menjalani masa internship selama minimal 3 bulan.
- Penempatan di Head Office, Pulomas, Jakarta Timur secara tatap muka (WFO).
- Periode mulai internship : Februari 2025.
- Kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan Pivot Table.
- Eksplorasi pengetahuan dasar tentang undang-undang tenaga kerja.
- Memahami pengetahuan dasar tentang Compensation & Benefit serta sumber daya manusia terkait.
- Jujur dan berintegritas.
