Job Description
- Manage and maintain employee data in the Talenta HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and compliance with PPh 21.
- Prepare payroll reports, tax submissions, and HR documentation.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan (registration, updates, and claims).
- Ensure HR operations comply with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Support compensation & benefits administration and related HR processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties for HR-related matters.
- Provide support for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all HR tasks.
Requirements
- Experienced in using the Talenta HRIS system for employee data management and payroll processing
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, especially in payroll or compensation & benefits (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Familiar with BPJS, tax (PPh 21), and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills, High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
