
Job Description
- Compensation Administration: Administer salary structures, variable pay, bonus schemes, and annual salary reviews.
- Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave schemes.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay against the external market.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all payroll, compensation, and benefits programs adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
- Job Evaluation: Develop job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine fair internal grading.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Experience: 3–7 years of specialized experience in C&B, payroll, or benefits administration.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, analysis) and experience with HRIS systems.
