Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis & reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with benefits administration and understanding of compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking and compensation analysis methodologies.
- Experience or strong understanding of total rewards strategy development is a plus.
