Job Description
- Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive work environment.
- Handle employee records, contracts, and documentation, keeping them updated and compliant.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and respond to employee queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Compensation & Benefit or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
