Job Description
- Administer and process timely salary, overtime, and related compensation payments
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations and company direction
- Manage employee benefit programs: BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, health insurance, etc.
- Monitor attendance and ensure accurate system records
- Generate reports on working hours, overtime > 60h, and unknown working hours (UWH)
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and consistence
- Liaise with insurance providers, BPJS, Tax PIC, and vendors
- Support onboarding preparations for new hires
- Assist recruitment and training administration
- Handle additional HR-related projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Min. 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll
- Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems
- Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta)
- Understand and ever did about Tax/Coretax calculation
- Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written)
- Hard worker, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in handling sensitive data
