Job Description

  • Support product launch planning from concept to execution, including positioning, pricing, and communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure consistent product messaging across platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as product decks, training kits, and campaign briefs.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch (sales, feedback, reviews, and social sentiment).
  • Coordinate with KOL, PR, and community teams to ensure cohesive product promotion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product availability and timely launch.
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing or brand management (preferably in beauty/FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and beauty trends Analytical and detail- oriented, with a creative mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Passionate about cosmetics and product storytelling.
