Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute global community strategies aligned with product vision, user needs, and brand goals across diverse international markets.
  • Build, grow, and maintain a strong and active presence across global community platforms such as Discord, X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit, and regional channels where needed.
  • Lead both online and offline community-building initiatives to strengthen engagement, trust, and brand loyalty in multiple regions.
  • Develop and manage culturally relevant community content strategies tailored to a global audience, especially for platforms like Discord and Twitter.
  • Organize and manage global community engagement programs including webinars, live Q&A sessions, community challenges, ambassador or advocate programs, and more.
  • Monitor global community discussions, address questions and concerns with empathy, and maintain a consistent, friendly brand voice across all regions.
  • Actively collect and synthesize feedback and insights from community members worldwide, and collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to improve user experience.
  • Work closely with content, localization, and design teams to ensure high-quality communication and consistency across regions and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with community trends, platform best practices, and local user behavior across different cultures and markets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably managing international or multi-language communities in the tech, startup, or SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage digital communities across multiple regions and time zones, especially on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X (Twitter).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus).
  • Experience working with or around tech or AI products, with the ability to explain concepts in a clear, accessible, and culturally sensitive way.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; highly empathetic and adept at resolving issues across diverse user groups.
  • Experience managing large, diverse online communities and understanding of different community dynamics globally.
  • Familiarity with community management tools (e.g., Discord bots, Notion, Typeform) and analytics platforms.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as across time zones with global cross-functional teams.
