Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage impactful community strategies aligned with our product and brand goals.
  • Build and maintain an active presence across community platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and others.
  • Lead both online and offline community-building initiatives to foster stronger relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Develop and execute community content strategies tailored for platforms like Discord and Twitter.
  • Plan and execute community engagement programs, including webinars, Q&A sessions, challenges, ambassador programs, and more.
  • Monitor community discussions and respond to user questions or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Gather user feedback and community insights to share with product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all community touchpoints.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role within the tech, startup, or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing digital communities, especially on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand tone (fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred).
  • Solid understanding of tech or AI products and the ability to explain features and concepts in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience managing large and diverse online communities.
  • Familiarity with community tools such as Discord bots, Notion, Typeform, or similar platforms.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success).
