As a Community Manager, you will:
- Foster and maintain a positive online brand community through engaging social media, forums, and other digital spaces.
- Build relationships with followers and brand advocates, providing timely and friendly responses to inquiries and comments.
- Develop and lead community initiatives, in-person or virtual events, to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to communicate user feedback and align on community strategies.
- Create and share engaging content for community platforms, including polls, updates, and spotlight features.
- Track community metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment) and prepare reports to assess and enhance strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of community management best practices on social media and online forums.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure community health and engagement.
- Passionate about building inclusive, engaged communities and driving brand loyalty.
