Job Description
- Manage communication with community members through WhatsApp.
- Manage, conceptualise ideas, and involve in online events, such as Kuliah WhatsApp (Kulwap), webinars, and Instagram Live.
- Assist in offline events by facilitating the registration process.
- Develop new content ideas for chat conversations on a weekly basis.
- Invite new community members.
- Recruit leaders for WhatsApp Group community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or other related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, community engagement, and event management.
- A creative thinker with a passion to fostering online communities.
- Have a solid grasp of online community dynamics and current social media trends.
- Capable of working hybrid.
