Job Description
- Craft compelling campaign narratives and execute end-to-end communication journeys by blending organic, paid, KOL, and community marketing tactics.
- Manage audience segmentation and content distribution mechanics across various digital ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to ensure effective message delivery.
- Utilize social listening tools to track cultural shifts, real-time trends, and online behaviors to seize high-impact moments that maximize campaign reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to develop measurable strategies, delivering persuasive presentations and storytelling to both clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, from crafting campaign narratives to executing organic, paid, KOL, and community strategies.
- Deep understanding of multi-platform ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), audience segmentation, and content distribution mechanics.
- Ability to leverage cultural moments, social listening tools, and online behaviors to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
- Strong data-driven mindset to translate business objectives into measurable strategies and present them compellingly to clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
