Job Description
- Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy
- Ensure optimal resources and costs allocation for Commercial Team
- Establish Effort vs Impact matrix from Category and Brands Point of View
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio Strategy team in order to understand hub level specific behavior to define the overall category strategy
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years working experience in business analysis and process improvement related field
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
