Job Description
- Generate new leads and customers through personal networks and outreach channels
- Identifying and converting new leads into business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship
- Optimize proposals and business presentations to address client needs and market demands, supporting business growth.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients
- The analyst works with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Sales, preferably within the Interior / Construction Industry
- Minimum D3 / Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or any related major
- Strong passion in sales, good personal approach, result oriented
- Good Negotiation and presentation skills with positive attitude
- Dedicated, discipline, have integrity and fully Committed towards the company
