Job Description
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for offline GT and MT channels.
- Key Account Management: Cultivate relationships with key accounts (e.g., Watson, AEON).
- Revenue Growth: Identify and implement initiatives to boost sales and market share.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing and promotions.
- Sales Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights for strategy improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns.
Requirements
- Has 1-2 year experience in FMCG managing offline channels in sales field
- Result oriented with strong communication, networking & negotiation skills
- Familiar with GT/MT market
- Hands-on experience in scouting and maintaining a good relationship with merchant partners (Sociolla, Watson, Guardian, Dan+Dan, local cosmetics store, etc.)
- Passionate and/or interested working in a beauty industry
- Able to juggle between multiple projects
- Able to adapt in startup fast-paced environment
