Job Description
- Responsible in the process of corporate legal matters, including legal review, contract drafting, legal document preparation, and providing analysis for any corporate actions.
- Conduct legal research and create legal memo based on the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Ensure that every legal databases are accurate and updated.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in corporate legal, preferably in Retail, Distribution, and/or e-commerce industry.
- Have a high attention to detail with sharp time management skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral.
- Able to work individually and within a team.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work hybrid in BSD, South Tangerang.
