Job Description

1.Strategy

  • Perform problem solving related to PO processing operations
  • Analyze existing commercial fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Implement and monitor initiatives to increase PO completion, productivity, and fulfillment rate. 
  • Manage the end-to-end process of purchasing process, streamline the RL to PO process, and ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Perform data analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement
  • Lead socialization within the internal team related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including supply chain, category, finance, operations, and others related teams to escalate issues and ensure alignment on initiatives. 

2.BAU

  • Monitor operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
  • Facilitate socialization, alignment meeting, and project tracking to ensure a smooth execution and collaboration
  • Perform PR distribution and assignment to admins and manage the team schedule in daily routine PO processing
  • Ensure the PO operational meets the standard procedure, accurate, and timely. Assist the team on daily execution PO, escalate and problem solve any operational issues, and deliver the PO accurately within the SLA.
  • Monitor, track, and report on PO completion and team productivity. Provide regular updates on any delays or bottlenecks that cause delays or issues
  • Gather findings and identify inefficiencies of current processes that can be improved, and suggest proposals to improve processes or resolve problems

3.Managing Team 

  • Responsible for managing Commercial Fulfillment Admin, including delegation of work, raising team productivity, supervising BAU work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and evaluating team performance supported by Commercial Fulfillment Admin.

Requirements

  • Preferably bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field from reputable universities
  • Equip with Project Management
  • Good to have Stakeholders management
  • In-depth understanding of business process improvement
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in Business Operation, Operation Excellence, Project Management, or a similar role, with a proven track record in process efficiency and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization strategies
  • Preferably has experience in the E-commerce & FMCG industry
  • Proven record in leading organization project or team project
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel/ Google Spreadsheet, Data Studio, Tableau, SQL, Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint)
